The Infatuated Stripper

Do you, our wonderful reader ever feel like there is simply nothing left in life for you to prove? Do you struggle to find new goals, and meaning in life? Is it difficult for you to find the fuel for life's burning fire? I personally feel spent. I feel happily content. I feel like there are few laurels left in life for me to strive for. I find it difficult to find that "next" achievement to go after. Here are a list of some of my personal accomplishments thus far. I have gained and earned a valid real estate salesperson license in 2 of America's best states, Texas and New York. I have been a flagship fashion model, based purely on my attractive looks and physique for the NYC, Abecrombie and Fitch store in Downtown Manhattan. I have slept with a worldly number and diverse group of beautiful women. On the checklist of beautiful female ethnicity's, backgrounds, and nationalities is, Israeli X2, Canadian X3, Swedish, Guyana, Latina, Cuban, Milf, College Girls,

Graduate School Anyone?

Are Master's Degrees, Law Degrees, Masters in Business Administration programs, and the assortment of additional higher level university education degrees really worth it? I just got through showing an eight hundred thousand dollar, brand new speculative home in North Central Austin, and was intrigued by the conversation and idea, of going back to school. Currently my lone university degree is a 4 year liberal arts degree consisting of a history major, business foundation and Spanish minor. I'm proud of it, but at 34 and half years old have been sitting on it, using it, and relying on it for a over a decade now. The university degree piece of paper has helped open many an opportunistic door. I personally consider my 5 years of real world working experience in New York City and Manhattan, an "NYC MBA" . You could say, after being employed with corporate companies on Madison Avenue, Park Avenue South, and in Midtown East, I gained real word, energetic, authent

Knock. Knock. Knock.

A true crossroads in my life occurred the summer after my junior year at University. At the time, I was still in close cahoots with the current Presidential Administration. I was offered a non-paid, volunteer, full time summer internship with the United States of America's, Department of Commerce. My other life option for that 1 particular summer, was to join the national, historic, Southwestern program. An attempt to follow their rigorous sales training, and super gut wrenching methodology. The Southwestern Program, is a summer program where college students literally sell books, software, encyclopedias and education material DOOR to DOOR. Yes, this working opportunity also did not guarantee income either. Yet on the Sample Spectrum, some salespeople earned as little as $3,000 per summer working 80 hours per week, while a few self generated as much as $30,000 dollars per summer. In essence, each university summer program student and worker is an independent contractor for t

The moment has arrived when it is time for MEN to stand tall with accomplishment! Yes, the "metro" phase, and CK-One fragrance touting, morphing of the sexes 90's era, should be denounced. It's over for the reluctant, meek and bashful. As a new, prime young man, and fresh member to this adult man club, I welcome all existing and new members such as myself . Fellow men, let's quit apologizing for our genetic, natural actions, tendencies and awkward social skills. Men are men! Deal with it society. Don't try to change us. On the flip side, we will not beg for you to change. Let us grown males range, roam and live as we were destined to. Think back to previous centuries and to the Cowboys time period of man. Let's reminiscence to the days of freedom, horse riding, gun toting, whiskey drinking, and fire-cooking men. Yes, can't you just feel the bearded stubble on your skin? The tanned, worn, tired complexion. The everlasting freedom of the cowb

Real Estate Agent Insights

To the outside world, I often wonder what is society's perception of the working realtor lifestyle? Do consumers simply think we sip latte coffees, go shopping, drive fancy cars, and collect hefty commission checks ? Are realtors just well connected "socialites" whom seek rich friends to sell homes? Is the public aware that a real estate agent's work can be very challenging, and carries a zero dollar base salary? I think consumers forget, that working realtors in general are a happy, fun, driven, and helpful collection of professionals. Realtors have an inner desire to be their own boss. Real Estate Agents are folks whom are instigators, and want to make things happen! Successful real estate agents are self promoters, avid workers, and posses conversational, relate-able, human people skills. To become a truly successful realtor, it requires a combination of different skills. A Real Estate Agent has the traits of a salesmen, business development guru, therapist,

The INNER Agenda

What are the REAL reasons, why people do things? Are they caring, giving, selfless souls OR are they of the capitalist mindset and always think, "What's in this for me?" For example, the honorable giving soul is one whom volunteers and give backs to their community. Perhaps this person is a manager and their agenda is to help guide and assist the workers below them. A person with no agenda, simply helps others for the sake of their inner soul and good deed morals. An example of a few no inner agenda occupations could be teachers, priests, social workers, volunteers, rehabilitation counselors, etc. These occupations tend to lead to selfless, non-capitalist motivation. These specific types of humans, may possess a genuine caring mindset. Personally for me, and for better or worse, I have been heavily gravitating towards the "How does George Vance" benefit from this mindset. Lately, in my professional work and personal life, I consciously perform actions
