Get Excited Readers, and Friends. "Attractive Tales from Grand Cities, a Social Memoir." has been RE-STOCKED @ BookPeople Retail Store in Austin, Texas. Located @ 6th and Lamar. BookPeople is the largest Independent Book Store in Texas, and the most helpful, engaging and consumer-friendly BookStore I've ever been to. 

 "Attractive Tales from Grand  Cities, a Social Memoir" is a paperback Book, physically located in the 1st Floor downstairs TRAVEL section, adjacent to the sitting area Coffee, Snack CAFE. A number of the books are also SIGNED by yours truly too.

What are the REAL reasons, why people do things? Are they caring, giving, selfless souls OR are they of the capitalist mindset and always think, "What's in this for me?" For example, the honorable giving soul is one whom volunteers and give backs to their community. Perhaps this person is a manager and their agenda is to help guide and assist the workers below them. A person with no agenda, simply helps others for the sake of their inner soul and good deed morals. An example of a few no inner agenda occupations could be teachers, priests, social workers, volunteers, rehabilitation counselors, etc. These occupations tend to lead to selfless, non-capitalist motivation. These specific types of humans, may possess a genuine caring mindset. Personally for me, and for better or worse, I have been heavily gravitating towards the "How does George Vance" benefit from this mindset. Lone Star Book Festival Downtown Seguin, Texas was a Success! 5.29.2021

  The Lone Star Book Festival in the Downtown Square of Seguin, Texas today was a SUCCESS! The Indie Authors and I had a friendly, cool wholesome meal @the Power Plant Restaurant and Venue Friday night. Good times all around. The Book Festival Today had roughly 50 or so individual author, music, and art tents. All were surrounding a well manicured Seguin downtown square park with a beautiful fountain. The  streets were  blocked off, and the visiting patrons and book inquisitor guests were gracious and welcoming. The guests even bought books too. Multiple fellow authors told me they sold 15 books or more. The day started off cool, overcast and drizzly, but by 11 am or 12 noon there were blue skies and sunshine. Thanks to BookPeople for the bookmarks, and BookPeople Bumper stickers. There were so many visitors, they all got taken. ---gvm
